Job Description
Manages sales of the company’s products and services in North America. Direct
the actual distribution or movement of the products to the customer. Coordinate
sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas and goals and establish
training programs for sales representatives. Analyze sales statistics gathered by
staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences
of customers. Establishes effective communications with appropriate executives and
managers to ensure proper sensitivity to sales needs.
Position requires advanced Turkish language knowledge. The reports will be prepared
in Turkish to be sent to the headquarters in Turkey.
